- Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is space between them for even cooking.
- Put the basket into the air fryer and close it. Start the air fryer and cook for 18-22 minutes.
- Flip the chicken thighs at the 10-minute mark and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
- Use a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken. Cook until it reaches 165°F (74°C).
