- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the diced apple.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the oatmeal is set and the top is lightly golden.
