Tuna Salad Ingredients
  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1/2 medium avocado mashed
  • 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon celery finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mashed avocado, red onion, celery, dill, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Serve this tuna salad on lettuce wraps, whole-wheat bread, or with crackers for a complete meal.
