- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with vegetable oil until evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the seasoning mix. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the wings and toss to coat them well.
- Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispy wings, you can increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) during the last 10-15 minutes of cooking, watching carefully to prevent burning.
