Notes

This recipe is for one pancake bowl. The nutrition information provided is an approximation based on specific ingredients: almond milk, gluten-free flour, Be Well by Kelly Protein Powder, and 1/3 cup raspberries as the topping. You can make 4-5 bowls at a time for meal prep, refrigerate them for up to 5 days, and reheat in the microwave or oven. Both Fairlife whole milk and unsweetened almond milk work well. A protein powder with around 26g of protein per scoop is recommended.
