  • 1 package (6 ounces) chicken stuffing mix prepared according to package directions, using only 1-1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed broccoli cheese soup undiluted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, using only 1-1/2 cups water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, and soup. Transfer the mixture to a greased 11x7-inch baking dish.
  3. Top the mixture with the prepared stuffing. Sprinkle the cheese over the stuffing.
  4. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.
