- Cook the penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta cooks, season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and milk. Bring to a simmer, then stir in the ranch seasoning mix and Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add the cooked penne pasta and crumbled bacon. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve immediately.
