- In a bowl, beat the crème fraîche, sugar, and vanilla sugar with an electric mixer for about 5 minutes until creamy. Roughly crumble the cookies.
- Layer the raspberries, crumbled cookies, and crème fraîche mixture alternately in four dessert glasses.
- Chill the layered dessert for at least 3 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle the crushed meringue over the top.
