Ingredients
  

For the Oats
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
For the "Frosting"
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a jar or container. Stir well.
  2. Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt and 1 teaspoon maple syrup for the frosting.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats. Top with the Greek yogurt frosting before serving.

Notes

You can add a drizzle of extra maple syrup or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top if desired.
