Method
- Combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a jar or container. Stir well.
- Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt and 1 teaspoon maple syrup for the frosting.
- In the morning, stir the oats. Top with the Greek yogurt frosting before serving.
Notes
You can add a drizzle of extra maple syrup or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top if desired.
