- In a large bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and thinly sliced red onion.
- Add the chopped fresh mint to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.

Notes
This salad can be made ahead of time. If making ahead, store the dressing separately and toss just before serving to keep the vegetables crisp.
