- Place the Greek yogurt into a mixing bowl. Stir in the lemon curd and fruit coulis until combined.
- Fold in half of the fresh blueberries into the yogurt mixture.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into 12 silicone cases.
- Top each yogurt bite with the remaining fresh blueberries.
- Freeze for 2 hours before serving. Store the yogurt bites in the freezer.
