Ingredients
  

For the Yogurt Bites
  • 500 g Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon Lemon Curd
  • 1 tablespoon Fruit Coulis any flavor
  • 50 g Blueberries half for mixing
  • 50 g Blueberries remaining for topping

Method
 

  1. Place the Greek yogurt into a mixing bowl. Stir in the lemon curd and fruit coulis until combined.
  2. Fold in half of the fresh blueberries into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture into 12 silicone cases.
  4. Top each yogurt bite with the remaining fresh blueberries.
  5. Freeze for 2 hours before serving. Store the yogurt bites in the freezer.

Notes
