Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, and cornstarch (if using) for the sauce. Set aside.
- Place the broccoli florets on one side of the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place the salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Pour the honey garlic sauce evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Serve the honey garlic salmon and broccoli immediately.
Notes
You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce for a little heat. This recipe is easily scalable for more servings.
