Method
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, stir together flour and yogurt until combined and dough starts to form. The dough will be very sticky.
- Turn out dough onto a lightly floured work surface. Knead for 2 minutes, adding more flour as necessary, until dough is soft and only slightly sticky. Divide into 4 equal pieces and roll each into a 1 1/4-inch-thick log (about 8 inches long). Pinch the ends of each log together to form bagels. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the bagels with the beaten egg and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake until golden brown, 28 to 35 minutes. Serve while still warm.
