Ingredients

For the Cookie Crust
  • 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough 16.5 oz
For the Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
For the Topping
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric mixer
  • Spatula

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into a 12-inch pizza pan or a large baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let the cookie crust cool completely.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating until the frosting is light and fluffy. Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  5. Arrange the blueberries in the top left corner of the pizza to represent the blue field of the flag. Create stripes with the sliced strawberries and raspberries.
  6. Chill the fruit pizza for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can use other fruits like bananas or kiwi for additional colors. Ensure all fruits are washed and dried before arranging them on the pizza.
