Fourth of July Berry Popsicles

Make these easy berry popsicles for a refreshing Fourth of July treat. They are simple to prepare and perfect for a hot summer day.

Ingredients
  

For the Popsicles
  • 2 cups Mixed Berries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Sugar or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle molds

Method
 

  1. Combine the mixed berries, water, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more sugar if needed.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
  5. To unmold, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.

Notes

You can use any combination of berries you like. For a layered effect, freeze each layer partially before adding the next.
