- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Spread the melted white chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the broken pretzels and crispy rice cereal over the melted white chocolate.
- Melt the red and blue candy melts separately in microwave-safe bowls, following the same method as the white chocolate.
- Drizzle the melted red and blue candy melts over the bark in a decorative pattern.
- Immediately sprinkle the star sprinkles and blue sprinkles over the melted candy melts before they set.
- Let the bark set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
- Once set, break the bark into pieces.
