Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
For the Salad
  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 4 strips Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup Avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup Blue cheese crumbled
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  4. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, crumbled bacon, chopped hard-boiled eggs, halved cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, and crumbled blue cheese.
  5. Top the salad with sliced grilled chicken.
  6. Drizzle with ranch dressing and toss gently to combine.
  7. Chill for 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.
