- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the olive oil mixture all over the corn kernels.
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates.
- Grill for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
Notes
You can add other seasonings like chili powder, garlic powder, or your favorite herbs before grilling. Butter can be used instead of olive oil for a richer flavor.
