Method
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Brush both sides of the portobello mushroom caps with the marinade.
- Place the mushrooms gill-side down on the preheated grill.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until tender and slightly charred.
- Serve hot.
Notes
You can add cheese like mozzarella or goat cheese during the last few minutes of grilling for extra flavor.
