Ingredients
  

Zucchini
  • 2 medium zucchini trimmed and sliced lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick planks
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the zucchini planks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  3. Place the zucchini planks directly on the preheated grill.
  4. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until tender and grill marks appear.
  5. Remove from grill and serve immediately.

Notes

You can also add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before serving.
