- Add the cottage cheese, honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to a food processor or blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth. If it appears grainy, continue blending.
- Pour the mousse into a serving dish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to thicken.
- Serve topped with whipped cream, fruit, or chocolate shavings, if desired.

Notes
For the best results, use full-fat or whole milk cottage cheese (4% milk fat). If your mousse is too thin, you can add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds to help it thicken.
