- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Open the biscuits. Press or roll each biscuit flat. Place about 1 tablespoon of Nutella in the center of each biscuit. Pinch the ends up to seal the Nutella inside, then roll the biscuit to form a ball.
- Place the sealed biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 17-22 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
- While the bites are baking, prepare the coating. Place the melted butter in a small bowl. In a separate small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Once the churro bites are out of the oven, let them cool slightly for about 5 minutes. Then, roll each warm bite in the melted butter, followed by the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Serve the churro bites warm or at room temperature. Store any leftovers loosely covered at room temperature for up to 2 days.

Notes
These churro bites are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored at room temperature. For a fun variation, you can add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon-sugar coating.
