Ingredients

For the Churro Bites
  • 1 package Grands Biscuits 8 biscuits
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
For the Coating
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Parchment paper
  • Silicone baking mat
  • Cookie sheet
  • Small bowl

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Open the biscuits. Press or roll each biscuit flat. Place about 1 tablespoon of Nutella in the center of each biscuit. Pinch the ends up to seal the Nutella inside, then roll the biscuit to form a ball.
  3. Place the sealed biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 17-22 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
  5. While the bites are baking, prepare the coating. Place the melted butter in a small bowl. In a separate small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  6. Once the churro bites are out of the oven, let them cool slightly for about 5 minutes. Then, roll each warm bite in the melted butter, followed by the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
  7. Serve the churro bites warm or at room temperature. Store any leftovers loosely covered at room temperature for up to 2 days.
