Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared baking pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce for the glaze.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the glaze is caramelized.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can add finely chopped onion or bell pepper to the meatloaf mixture for extra flavor and texture.
