- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade, letting any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Place drumsticks on the preheated grill. Grill for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade. Serve with your favorite cookout sides.
