- In a large bowl, combine the rinsed and drained black beans, drained corn, diced red bell pepper, finely chopped red onion, diced mango, and chopped cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
You can add avocado for extra creaminess or jalapeño for a spicy kick.
