- Whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and set aside.
- Cook rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a little cooking oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it into smaller pieces with a spoon. Cook until there is nearly no pink left.
- Add the minced ginger and garlic to the wok. Cook until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the ground beef. Simmer gently until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice noodles to the wok. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and white sesame seeds before serving.
