Ingredients

For the Protein Balls
  • 1 cup Peanut butter or your choice of nut butter
  • 1 1/2 cup Quick oats GF or regular
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips e.g. Free2b
  • 4 servings Protein powder e.g. Vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Water optional, add if mixture is too dry

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Ziplock bag or container

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Wet your hands and use them to combine the ingredients.
  2. If the ingredients seem too dry, add one tablespoon of water at a time until the mixture is moist enough to roll into balls. You can also use melted coconut oil.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls, about 3 tablespoons in size. Keeping your hands wet with cold water helps with rolling.
  4. Add the balls to a ziplock bag or container and store them in the fridge.
