- Combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold the whipped heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
- Stir in the chopped Oreo cookies.
- Spread the filling evenly over the crust.
- Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
You can garnish the cheesecake with additional crushed Oreos or whipped cream before serving.
