Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the skillet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, and dried oregano.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet.
- Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Remove from the oven. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.
