Ingredients
  

For the Brie
  • 1 wheel Brie cheese about 8 ounces
  • 1 tablespoon Honey for drizzling
For the Peaches and Pecans
  • 2 Fresh peaches pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Pecans chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
For Serving
  • 1 bag Baguette sliced

  • Small skillet

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the brie on a baking sheet. Drizzle with honey.
  3. In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until the peaches are slightly softened.
  4. Add the chopped pecans to the skillet with the peaches and cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring, until the pecans are toasted.
  5. Arrange the peach and pecan mixture around the brie on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the brie is warm and gooey.
  7. Serve immediately with sliced baguette.

Notes

You can substitute other nuts like walnuts or almonds for the pecans. If peaches are not in season, you can use canned or frozen peaches, drained well.
