Ingredients
  

Smoothie
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk or water
  • 1 tsp honey optional, for added sweetness

Method
 

  1. Combine frozen peaches, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

You can use fresh peaches, but you may need to add a few ice cubes for a colder, thicker smoothie.
