- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble.

- In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and milk until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
