Ranch BLT Salad

Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Milk or more, to thin

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, sliced red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and milk until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, keep all salad ingredients chilled until ready to assemble and dress.
