- Combine refried beans and taco seasoning in a medium bowl. Spread this mixture onto a large serving platter.
- In a separate medium bowl, mix sour cream and cream cheese. Spread this mixture over the refried beans.
- Top with salsa. Layer the chopped tomato, bell pepper, green onions, and shredded lettuce over the salsa.
- Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the top layer. Garnish with the drained sliced black olives.
Notes
This dip is best served chilled. You can prepare the layers in advance and assemble just before serving.
