Method
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add diced green chilies, cannellini beans, great northern beans, chicken broth, taco seasoning, cumin, and oregano to the slow cooker.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir.
- Serve hot, topped with your favorite toppings.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of taco seasoning and cumin to your preference.
