- In a large bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients. Add the steak cubes, onion pieces, and bell pepper pieces to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated steak and vegetables onto skewers, alternating the pieces.
- Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
