Ingredients
  

For the Frappuccino
  • 2 tablespoons Tasty's White Mocha Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Tasty's Cinnamon Dolce Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Tasty's strawberry puree divided
  • 3/4 cup whole milk (180 mL)
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups ice (210 g)
For Topping
  • whipped cream whipped cream for topping
  • more strawberry purée for topping
  • freeze-dried strawberry freeze-dried strawberry for topping

Equipment

  • Blender
  • 20-ounce glass or 2 8-ounce glasses

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the white mocha syrup, cinnamon dolce syrup, vanilla, 1 tablespoon strawberry purée, the milk, simple syrup, and ice.
  2. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of strawberry purée down the sides of 1 20-ounce glass or 2 8-ounce glasses. Pour the strawberry cheesecake mixture into the glass(es) and top with whipped cream, more strawberry purée, and freeze-dried strawberries.
  3. Enjoy!
