- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, basil, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or corn. Grilled chicken or shrimp can be added for a complete meal.
