Watermelon Lemonade Slush

Ingredients
  

For the Slush
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed frozen
  • 1 cup frozen lemonade concentrate thawed
  • 1/2 cup water or more, as needed
  • 1/4 cup sugar optional, to taste

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Freezer

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen watermelon cubes, thawed lemonade concentrate, and water in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste and add sugar if desired. Blend again briefly to combine.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra frosty treat, you can freeze the lemonade concentrate in ice cube trays before using.
