Ingredients

  • 4 cups Seedless watermelon diced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeño seeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt or to taste

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced watermelon, red onion, jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Pour the fresh lime juice over the mixture.
  3. Season with salt to your preference.

Notes
