Watermelon Slush

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups frozen watermelon cubes
  • 1/2 cup water or more, as needed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste, optional

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Freezer

Method
 

  1. Combine the frozen watermelon cubes, water, lime juice, and honey (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and slushy. Add more water, one tablespoon at a time, if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker slush, use less water. For a thinner drink, add more water. You can also add a few mint leaves for extra freshness.
