- Combine the frozen watermelon, honey, and lime juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For a firmer sorbet, freeze for longer. You can also add a splash of water if the mixture is too thick to blend.
