Watermelon Sorbet

This watermelon sorbet is a refreshing and easy dessert made with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed and frozen
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup, adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed

  • Freezer-safe container

Method
 

  1. Combine the frozen watermelon, honey, and lime juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

For a firmer sorbet, freeze for longer. You can also add a splash of water if the mixture is too thick to blend.
