Yogurt Parfait

A simple and customizable yogurt parfait recipe that stays fresh and crunchy.

Ingredients
  

For the Parfait
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Granola your favorite kind
  • 1/4 cup Berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp Honey or maple syrup optional

Equipment

  • Glass or jar
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons

Method
 

  1. In a glass or jar, add half of the Greek yogurt.
  2. Layer half of the granola over the yogurt.
  3. Add half of the berries.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, and berries.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

To keep your parfait crunchy, add the granola just before serving if you prefer. You can also store the granola separately and add it when you are ready to eat.
